Permission Denied by copying two specific DIGITAKT projects

Hi, i try to back-up my Digitakt II -projects to my computer with Transfer. When copying two specific projects I get an error. Status: Failed Info: Permission Denied. The projects ar not locked (like the presents-project).

I also noticed that the two projects in question are indicated in the Digitakt II menu with a symbol (two triangles on top of each other).

Does anyone know why I can’t copy the files and what the symbols mean?

I did see some strange symbols in the project listing when I had DT1 projects that were recently uploaded to DT2.

Not sure if that’s the same thing you’re seeing, can’t remember what they looked like.

But when I loaded then saved those projects, the symbol went away. So it might be worth trying that, to see if that makes them acceptable to transfer ?

Try sending them one at a time and not as a batch, I saw something similar happen with samples once. No explanation as to why they wouldn’t batch transfer, just that the singular transfer of files seemed to rectify the situation.

Not familiar with the symbol, sorry. If you manage to resolve this, please let us know how you did it. Also if you’re able to post a picture of the symbol, that will help future users with a similar issue I’m certain.

I’m assuming you’re already on the current version of the transfer software (probably only been one update since DT2 got overbridge) but confirm that you’re using the most up to date version of transfer by checking the resources link on the elektron.se site.

I think if it has been imported from DT1 it can’t be exported until it has been explicitly saved on the DT2

Try saving, see if that helps

Thanks for your reply. Resave the DT1 projects was the solution!
